Shannon Lorenz

Chair of SMIB

Armed with creativity, a calculator, and an unquenchable desire to deliver one-of-a-kind event experiences, Shannon Lorenz has been providing professional event design and production for small to large-scale events for more than a decade. Her professional approach and unstoppable ambition has earned her a reputation as one of the most accomplished and trustworthy event planners in the Sea to Sky corridor.

A true visionary, Shannon sees opportunity all around her. In 2011, recognizing the need to build a new community of local designers and creatives, Shannon co-founded Refresh Market which has become one of the top handmade and pop-up markets in B.C.

When she’s not designing her next big day, Shannon can be found mountain biking, globetrotting and spending time outdoors with her family of five.
